At TRG Customer Solutions we recognize that running a global business for global clients affects consumers, employees, communities and other important public and private sector stakeholders around the world. We strive to adhere to local laws, environmental considerations, ethical standards and international norms in all the communities we serve and whenever we expand our corporate presence.
We proactively initiate ‘impact studies’ whenever programs are expanded to new locations in order to measure the social and economic impact of making those business decisions. Non-executive employees, as valuable stakeholders in the company and important members of their respective communities, are deliberately involved in major corporate decision-making.
Each of our global locations promotes social responsibility by participating in community outreach programs. Country managers and contact center site directors work closely with volunteer teams to select and support local charities, initiatives and organizations. Examples of organizations that we support and have partnered with include Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Toys for Tots. Our employees are instilled with a passion to get involved in community outreach and actively participate in walk-a-thons and sponsor drives to support local causes. Many of our US and Canadian sites sponsor monthly ‘dress down day’ or ‘jeans for a day’ programs where employees can dress casually in return for a donation to a charity of their choice.
