TRG Customer Solution’s Manila facility has been providing contact center services since 2004. Our 38,000 sqft., 700-seat center operates 24/7/365 and is located in the heart of Ortigas Cener, the second largest business distrcit in metro Manila. The facility - currently being expanded to host 1,000 seats - handles diverse inbound and outbound programs for European and North American clients, and services diverse industry verticals such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Insurance, and Marketing Services.
We share our best practices in recruitment, program management, systems set-up and operational processes at all of our global sites. Our young and English-speaking workforce is provided with world class training and development – including accent neutralization, communication skills development and customer service expertise – in order to provide seamless and high-quality service delivery to our global clients. Voice and data connectivity with the US is facilitated via IPL circuits that route through DS3 lines to two fully redundant onshore data centers. |
