TRG Customer Solutions Launches Re-Designed Website for 2010
Global BPO company promotes importance of providing exceptional customer experiences

Jacksonville, FL – December 31, 2009 – TRG Customer Solutions, a leading global contact center provider, today launched its re-designed website www.trgcs.com. The new website will enhance the user experience and build on the Company’s focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. TRG Customer Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Resource Group, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) enterprise with revenues of $200 million and over 5,000 employees worldwide.

Importantly, it allows us to share our success stories at providing exceptional customer experiences, a central objective of the Company.”

The new look of the website is designed to provide up-to-date Company information to clients, prospects, employees, job seekers, vendors and the media. The website offers an opportunity for companies with customer management objectives to submit their business requirements, and job seekers to submit employment applications directly online. “We realized that we could improve the web experience for all of the people involved in our business, and raise greater awareness amongst them about our global delivery platform and customer-centric engagement models,” said Mr. Kelly. “Visitors to the new website will find a more visually stimulating experience with a lot of valuable information at their fingertips.”
