TRG Customer Solutions Appoints Steve Kezirian as New CEO

Jacksonville, FL – TRG Customer Solutions (TRG-CS) announced today the appointment of Steve Kezirian as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Kezirian joins TRG-CS from Cantor Gaming, where until recently, he was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Cantor Gaming, Mr. Kezirian held numerous leadership roles within the contact center function at Sprint Nextel Corporation and at Tickets.com. At Sprint Nextel, Mr. Kezirian led Sprint Nextel's telesales and web/telesales sales support operations globally. Mr. Kezirian has also held leadership roles in the financial services and consulting industries at McKinsey & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co., and J.H. Whitney & Co.. Mr. Kezirian is a graduate of Harvard University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kezirian replaces Frank Kelly, who has proceeded to other opportunities. Mohammed Khaishgi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TRG Customer Solutions, welcomed the appointment of Mr. Kezirian to the CEO role at the Company: "After an exhaustive search in the industry, we concluded that Mr. Kezirian, who had been an observer on the Board of the company for the last six months, provided the perfect blend of analytical rigor, operational excellence, leadership qualities and commitment to clients.
