TRG Customer Solutions Achieves Payment Card Industry (PCI) Certification

JACKSONVILLE, FL  – TRG Customer Solutions announced today that it has successfully completed its security audit and achieved full certification as a Level 1 Service Provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS).

TRG Customer Solutions worked with an independent audit firm to achieve validation and certification for its services under the credit card industry’s PCI security standard. Certification involved a complete compliance review of the 12 PCI DSS requirements, ensuring that TRG has built and maintains a secure network, protects cardholder data, maintains a vulnerability management program, implements strong access control measures, regularly monitors and tests networks, and maintains an information security policy.

The PCI DSS is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security and was developed by the founding payment brands of the PCI Security Standards Council, including American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide and Visa Inc. International, to help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.  The PCI DSS is a multifaceted security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures intended to help organizations proactively protect customer account data.
