TRG Customer Solutions Inaugurates New Call Center in Manila, Philippines
New site to generate more than 400 jobs!

Manila, Philippines - TRG Customer Solutions, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider of customer management solutions and technologies, celebrated today the launch of its new contact center facility in Silver City, Manila. The new facility hosts 350 seats and is the company’s second site in the Philippines.

“Our expansion in Manila is one of several growth initiatives we have planned in 2011, due to the explosive growth we are experiencing in our contact center operations.” said Mr. Frank Kelly, CEO of TRG Customer Solutions. “At a time when other companies are laying off employees, we continue to invest and grow. I feel honored that we are making a difference in these difficult economic times,” said Mr. Kelly.

Located at Unit 301, 3F Silver City Building, Frontera Verde Pasig City, the new Class A facility will provide inbound customer care and sales services to several of the company’s top clients. The company also has another facility nearby on Emerald Avenue and is one of the most respected employers in Manila. Globally, TRG Customer Solutions has 17 contact centers in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia, and employs over 5,000 people worldwide.
