Tom has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing and building operations.  He has contributed to the growth and development of several leading providers of BPO services including Sykes, Decision One, Client Logic, and Healthways.  Tom earned a BS from St. Peter’s College and an MBA from Seton Hall.
