| Steve has extensive experience in the BPO, financial services and consulting sectors. He joins TRG from Cantor Gaming where until recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing and managing the company's global operations. Prior to the assignment at Cantor Gaming, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Telesales and Web/Telesales support operations at Sprint Nextel Corporation, responsible for more than 5,000 employees in vendor and in-source call center locations around the world. He has also served in a variety of senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Co., Morgan Stanley &Co., J.H. Whitney & Co and Tickets.com. Steve has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
