Lisé has been a lawyer since 1993, and has worked in the BPO industry for 15 years supporting clients including TeleTech, PRC  and Equitant (acquired by IBM).  She has a BA from Rutgers College, a MA from Columbia University and earned her JD from Yale Law School.
