Karl has been with TRG Customer Solutions since the acquisition of TeleSpectrum, Inc. in 2004, where he worked for eight years prior to the acquisition, holding various finance roles. He holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
