John is a seasoned veteran with 37-years experience in the Telecommunications Industry.  Prior to joining TRG, he held the position of President & COO of The Scarlett Group, a startup IT Managed Services Company.  In addition to the assignment at The Scarlett Group, he has served in a leadership capacity in a variety of roles with Fortune 500 companies including Southern Bell, AT&T, American Bell and Convergys.  At Convergys, John was accountable for the Network Operations Center and 400+ technicians and engineers supporting the infrastructure for 50,000+  workstations.
