Jimmy Holland’s career encompasses telecommunications, private equity, finance, banking, technology, and corporate and securities law. He was previously Executive Vice President and General Counsel of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. In private practice with AmLaw 100 firms, he represented private equity funds and investors, portfolio companies, lenders, and developers in a broad variety of debt, equity, development, and restructuring transactions in Asia, Europe, North America, the Pacific Rim, and South America. He has been general counsel for public and private banking institutions and technology companies, and counseled executive management and boards of directors on legal, fiduciary and governance matters. He holds degrees from the Vanderbilt University School of Law (JD, 1975) and Louisiana State University (MA 1972, BS 1970).
