Catherine’s experience as a leader in Human Resources and General Counsel roles spans a wide range of industries, including software, distribution, manufacturing and field services.  A 16-year veteran of multinational companies serving Fortune 500 clients, Catherine joined the TRG group in 2008, as TRG Customer Solutions’ General Counsel.  She re-joins TRG Customer Solutions after serving as the General Counsel and Chief People Officer of TRG Field Solutions.  Catherine holds a BS from Cornell University and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law.
